Perishable Items Policy

Charcuterie Orlando recommends consuming perishable products within 2 hours of outdoor setup, or 4 hours of indoor setup. Charcuterie Orlando is not responsible for any guests who consume food from the grazing table after these recommended times.

Recommendation for Boards, Cups, and Boxes

Keep the product refrigerated until 30 minutes prior to consumption. Best consumed at room temperature and within 2 hours.

Refund Policy

• Orders canceled 5 days prior to the event/delivery date will receive full credit toward a future order.

• Orders canceled 5 days before delivery will receive 50% credit toward a future order.

• Orders canceled 4 days or less before the event are ineligible for refund or credit.
